Adam leads ZumFun fulltime and is responsible for the technology deployments. He has worked in education and consulting through his career and has a strong technology background. Prior to becoming the CEO of ZumFun, Adam was the Director of Social Media, Mobile Media and Games at Towers Watson. He is widely published particularly around the gamification of employee benefits communication.

Vesna oversees the learning experience for the ZumFun products in addition to teaching Chemistry at Columbia University. Vesna has dedicated her career to research and education. She graduated from University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science and PhD in Chemistry. She was a Postdoctoral Fellow (Faraday Associate) at University of Edinburgh, Scotland investigating compounds for use in industrial solvent extraction processes. Vesna works closely with chemistry department majors and all undergraduates on their chemistry programs at Columbia University and currently teaches general chemistry, scientific writing as well as mentoring undergraduate researchers at the College. 

Jason leads all the marketing and relationship building activities for ZumFun. He has extensive international sales and marketing experience gained across industries including education, local government, hotels, charity sector and recruitment. He led the Chartered Management Institute in Scotland with a focus on e-learning, professional management & leadership qualifications and enhancing the students learning journey via innovative technology. He is the proud Father of two sons.
